Excellent experience
attentive team themed room
I found the family experience team attentive. The activities done with the team involved shared stories and jokes. This. My kids loved the family themed room. It kept them up late on the first night.
My room was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait. There was a lack of seating during the wait.

The room offers a superb harbor view. The room has many different themes for families. Rooms appear newly renovated.. The room design seems to cater to guests' needs.

Staff members are friendly. I noticed generosity from all staff. The staff showed really good hospitality on the family floor.

a mixed bag
small room poor service
my room was a renovated one but, its size felt smaller than expected. the bathroom had only one lavabo, inconvenient. the lobster bar was a real letdown, the tonic water tasted off and there were only local beers available. the service was just not good.

convenient concept family floor
the family floor is the best concept i've ever encountered. it is very convenient for families. the entire team was so great. my kids talk more about staying at this hotel than our trip.

the team were very attentive. our upgrade to the kids level included free gifts. a magnificent job was done to personalize our experience. eric and his team really were very good for us.
the new johns masters toiletries was inferior.

the hotel offers a surprisingly rich breakfast. i also want to mention that the food quality and service at summer palace and nadaman always maintains consistent quality. the breakfast provides many options.

the room included harbor views. complimentary room upgrade was much appreciated. motion activated night lights helped navigate the room at night. a divine shower has rain showerhead for relaxation.

public transport first class bathroom
The location is fantastic. It is above a great shopping complex. Public transport is very close too. It makes exploring the area easy. Our refurbished room WAS first class. The bathroom shower was the BEST ever!
Check-in was HORRIBLE. I arrived at 1 pm. I was told to return at 3 pm since that is the official check-in time. I had to wait 20 minutes for a taxi. It reminded me of locals were favored at the Concierge.
